Terms & Conditions of TURSHMUR BUREAU Tours

I. General Terms

1. Liability for Loss or Damage:

TURSHMUR BUREAU is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings of clients during the excursion, unless such loss or damage is proven to be caused by the negligence of TURSHMUR BUREAU.

2. Medical Issues:

a. Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may impact their ability to participate in the excursion. Clients acknowledge responsibility for any related expenses, including medical bills, evacuation costs, and repatriation expenses.

b. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for medical emergencies.

3. Late Arrival:

a. Clients are required to arrive at the departure location at the specified time. TURSHMUR BUREAU is not responsible for any losses incurred due to late arrivals or missed opportunities.

b. Clients are responsible for any missed portions or activities of the tour due to late arrival.

 

II. One-Day Tours (without overnight stay)

1. Booking and Ticket Purchase:

a. Upon confirmation of booking, clients must purchase tickets within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

b. Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, checks, ZELLE money transfers, and cash payments at the office.

2. Cancellation Fees for One-Day Tours:

a. A full refund will be issued if written notice of cancellation is received by TURSHMUR BUREAU at least 30 days prior to departure.

b. A 50% refund of the total tour price will be issued if written notice of cancellation is received between 15-30 days prior to departure; a credit for the remaining amount may be offered for future tours.

c. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to departure, regardless of the reason.

 

III. Multi-Day and International Tours

1. Cancellation Fees for Multi-Day and International Tours:

a. Cancellation fee of $300 if written notice of cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to departure.

b. Cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour price if written notice is received between 45 and 60 days prior to departure.

c. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to departure.

d. Additional airline cancellation fees will apply if the trip is canceled after airline tickets have been issued, following the airline's policy.

2. Deposits and Final Payment for Multi-Day Tours, including International Tours:

a. A deposit of $250 per person is required within 7 days of booking.

b. Final payment must be made at TURSHMUR BUREAU's office 60 days prior to departure.

3. Passports/Visas:

A passport valid for at least 3 months after returning to the USA is required for international tours. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas. This requirement may be adjusted to a longer period of passport validity depending on the destination country's regulations. 

4. Travel Documents:

Travel documents, including airline tickets and tour information, will be sent via email 15 days prior to departure. Clients are advised to review the itinerary carefully.

 

IV. Miscellaneous

1. Insurance:

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover personal accidents, trip cancellations, and luggage loss. TURSHMUR BUREAU can assist clients in purchasing appropriate travel insurance.

2. Changes to Itinerary:

TURSHMUR BUREAU reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or changes in airline schedules. Clients will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible.

3. Notification of Changes:

Clients will be notified in advance of any changes to the terms of their trip or tour itinerary.

4. Right to Refuse Service:

TURSHMUR BUREAU reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time before or during the tour. Reasons for refusal may include intoxication, drug use, violent or disruptive behavior, non-compliance with tour rules, or posing a threat to the safety or well-being of others.

5. Force Majeure:

TURSHMUR BUREAU shall not be held liable for any delay, alteration, or cancellation of any tour due to a Force Majeure event. Under such conditions, TURSHMUR BUREAU may, at its discretion, offer a refund, credit, or rescheduled tour, but is not obligated to do so.

6. Limitation of Liability:

The maximum liability of TURSHMUR BUREAU for any claims arising out of or related to its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the tour. TURSHMUR BUREAU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification:

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless TURSHMUR BUREAU from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from clients’ actions, omissions, or violations of these terms and conditions or compensate all of them.

8. Arbitration Agreement:

Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of American Association of Arbitration with the arbitration sit in the State of New York County of Kings, rather than in court.

9. Photography and Media Release:

Clients grant TURSHMUR BUREAU the right to use images or footage captured during tours in which clients may appear for promotional, commercial, or informational purposes without compensation.

10. Compliance with Local Laws:

Clients are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and customs. Failure to comply may result in termination of tour participation without refund.

11. Non-Transferability of Tickets:

Tickets and bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by TURSHMUR BUREAU. Unauthorized transfers may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

12. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
